Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 27, 2026
At Hunza Taste (“we”, “us”, “our”), your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit hunzataste.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
When you place an order or contact us, we may collect:
- Contact & delivery details — your name, email address, phone number and shipping address.
- Order information — the products you buy, order value and order history.
- Reviews — any name, email and review content you choose to submit.
- Technical data — basic information your browser shares, such as IP address and pages visited, used to keep the site secure and working well.
How we use your information
- To process, fulfil and deliver your orders.
- To contact you about your order or respond to your enquiries.
- To verify reviews from genuine purchasers.
- To improve our products, website and customer service.
- To send you offers and updates — only if you have asked to receive them.
Payment
We currently offer Cash on Delivery. We do not collect or store card or bank details on this website. If online payment methods are added in future, payments will be handled by a secure third-party payment processor.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We only share it with trusted parties who help us run our business — for example, delivery couriers to ship your order — and only to the extent needed to provide that service. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Data retention
We keep order records for as long as necessary to fulfil orders, meet legal and accounting obligations, and resolve any disputes.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep your shopping cart and session working. These are required for the website to function and do not track you for advertising.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. To remove a review you submitted, just get in touch.
