Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your Hunza Taste products. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Our promise

You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving your order if the product is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect.

Conditions for return

The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
For food, oil and consumable products, the seal must be intact and unbroken (for hygiene and safety reasons, opened consumables cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective).
You must provide proof of purchase (your order number).
Photos of damaged or incorrect items help us resolve your request quickly.

Items that cannot be returned

Products that have been opened or used, unless faulty.
Items returned more than 7 days after delivery.
Products not purchased directly from Hunza Taste.

How to request a return

Email hello@hunzataste.com with your order number and a short description (and photos, if relevant). Our team will respond with the next steps, including the return address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days:

Cash on Delivery orders — refunds are issued via bank transfer or easypaisa/JazzCash to the account you provide.
Replacements — if you prefer, we’ll send a replacement of the same product at no extra cost.

Shipping costs

If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective or wrong item), we cover the return shipping. For other accepted returns, the original and return shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order cancellation

You may cancel an order before it has been dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible. Once an order is shipped, it falls under the return policy above.
