We make every effort to describe and display our products accurately, including colours, sizes and ingredients. As our products are natural and wild-harvested, slight variations in colour, aroma and texture are normal and not defects.

Our products are natural foods and wellness products. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Information on this site is for general purposes only and is not medical advice. Please consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition.

4. Pricing & payment

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We currently accept Cash on Delivery. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices at any time before an order is confirmed.

5. Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it (for example, if an item is out of stock or a pricing error has occurred). Once we dispatch your order, a contract of sale is formed.

6. Shipping & delivery

We aim to dispatch and deliver orders promptly. Free shipping applies to orders over Rs 5,000; otherwise a flat shipping fee of Rs 250 applies. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

7. Returns & refunds

Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Reviews & submissions

By submitting a review, you grant us the right to display, edit for length or clarity, and remove it. You confirm the review is your honest opinion and does not contain unlawful, offensive or infringing content.
